Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in mid-market or enterprise SaaS account management or a strategic sales role.
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles and larger deal sizes ($25K+ ACV).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage customer interactions (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Drive account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and increased product adoption.
- Lead commercial conversations with existing customers around contract renewals, expansions, and upgrades.
- Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including directors and C-suite executives.
- Develop and execute account plans to identify growth opportunities and deliver added value to customers.
- Educate customers on the benefits of the Premium subscription tier, adding additional users, and longer-term contracts.
- Partner closely with Customer Success to deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to reinforce the value of our product and support renewal conversations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on strategy and improve the customer experience.
