Requirements
- 3+ years of previous experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- 1+ years of leadership experience, preferably managing or supervising a team in a SaaS environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing an amazing customer experience and driving customer success.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop high performing teams.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging CRM and sales analytics to drive performance.

- A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Customer Onboarding Managers, supporting their growth and professional development through regular coaching, one-on-ones, and quarterly conversations.
- Set and align goals that drive performance, ensuring the team is consistently meeting business objectives and goals.
- Design and implement scalable onboarding strategies to improve customer adoption and retention.
- Drive collaboration across departments, working closely with Customer Success leadership and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Champion a customer-first mindset, maximizing customer value during onboarding.
