Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in risk management, legal, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of due diligence processes.
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings on complex issues.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with Sales, Account Managers, Compliance, and SMEs (Information Security, Cyber Security, Law, and Privacy) to complete client due diligence requests and questionnaires.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders and SMEs.
  • Ensures up-to-date information and documents for client due diligence requests.
  • Manages and updates the repository of standard answers and documents.
  • Coordinates and participates in client due diligence onsite visits.
  • Develops a consistent approach to due diligence response.
  • Monitors confidentiality and distribution of requested documentation.
  • Authors and analyzes policies, processes, and procedures with the TPRM team and stakeholders.
  • Promotes compliant and consistent TPRM workflows, policies, and procedures.
  • Develops workflows, policies, and procedures for due diligence requests.
  • Communicates policy changes to relevant parties.
  • Recommends process improvements.
  • Communicates complex information effectively.
  • Establishes trust with business partners.
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Participates in industry events and continuing education.
  • Keeps up with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Engages in special projects related to TPRM.
  • Develops a holistic view of the organization.
  • Promotes risk awareness throughout the enterprise.
  • Assists with audits as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in due diligence response or a similar role.
  • Advanced degree (JD, MBA, etc.).
  • CTPRP certification or equivalent in third-party risk management (or willingness to obtain).
  • CISA certification or equivalent in information security (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience in financial services or insurance industries.
