Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product or business analytics, with a track record of influencing strategy through data
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or R
- Hands-on experience with BI tools like Sigma, Looker, or Amplitude
- A strategic mindset and the ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear analysis plans
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments and managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience maintaining and improving analytics infrastructure, including event tracking and documentation
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end analytics projects – from identifying key product questions to driving decisions with data
- Define and maintain core product and business metrics that guide strategy and evaluation
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and user behavior across both consumer and enterprise product lines
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure tracking and instrumentation are accurate and complete
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover opportunities, identify risks, and inform product decisions
- Contribute to the development of our analytics infrastructure – including ETL, warehouse structure, and scalable reporting workflows
- Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, driving alignment and action
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience defining metrics frameworks (eg: funnel metrics, engagement metrics, retention, etc.)
- Exposure to early-stage or 0-to-1 product development
- Familiarity with experimentation design and interpretation (A/B testing)
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
