Requirements
- Bachelors degree in human resources, business, or related field
- 5-7+ years of HR experience
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Senior Leadership, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development and Organizational Development Leadership and other organizational stakeholders to support strategic talent planning priorities
- Execute the coordination of talent planning and succession management activities to achieve business goals
- Leverage an agile, growth mindset to improve organizational talent and succession processes
- Increase connections and support a strong organizational culture
- Independently build strong relationships across the organization to empower success
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in business, organizational behavior, HR management, or related field
- Experience in talent and succession management, learning and development, and consulting
