A minimum of 5 years of hands-on program and project management.
Strong written, verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects.
Must be a self-starter, with strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal direction.
Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience in IT).

Work with stakeholders to identify, prioritize and resource strategic initiatives to support the digital experience team.
Lead or contribute to the development of program or project scope statements with applicable stakeholders.
Manage and coordinate marketing initiatives, establish and maintain timelines, drive activities, identify risks/dependencies and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
Collaborate cross-functionally with program sponsors, project managers and product teams to meet or exceed scope, date, and cost commitments for programs.
Identify key milestones. Track owners and drive deliverables to meet milestones.
Manage communication with product teams and management; includes development and tracking of project plans, status reports and other program related updates/communications.
Anticipate and proactively manage program risks.
Manage and resolve dependencies between projects and programs.
Work adjacent to Agile product framework to coordinate, adjust and account for development time related to projects.
Capacity planner for web production team to ensure content is released in accordance with the overall project timelines.
Responsible for project planning interfaces related to Digital Experience team initiatives.
