Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with Ariba and Service Now SAMPro
- Analytical skills comparing purchasing options needed
- High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Work on the Software License Acquisition team to coordinate the purchasing and renewals of software licenses.
- Prepare necessary internal documents including purchase requests and business cases to support these purchases.
- Contact business users to discuss the necessity of these licenses and determine the quantities needed moving forward.
- Work with vendors to obtain quotes based on these needs.
- Recommend co-terming purchases where possible.
- Enter the completed purchases both in Ariba and Service Now SAMPro.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAMPro
- Work in software asset management including understanding of software entitlements and software utilization
- Bachelors or Associates degree
