Requirements
- 2+ years of prior industry and/or administrative experience.
- Focus on excellent client service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn and effectively navigate Baird’s Private Wealth Management technology platforms.
- Good verbal and written communication skills (including e-mail); ability to adeptly exchange ideas and information.
- Detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy.
- Organized with consistent ability to prioritize workflow of team to achieve specific goals in a timely manner.
- Good analytical and critical problem-solving skills
- Recommend obtaining Series 7/63/65 licensure.
Responsibilities
- Support Financial Advisors in creating and implementing a client service model using CRM to ensure regular client touchpoints and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Work with Financial Advisors to build new business and enhance existing client relationships.
- Act as a concierge and: design meeting content, coordinate presentations, prepare advisors for client meetings, and follow through with client contact.
- Create, maintain, and organize electronic files for immediate access and retrieval.
- Coordinate client onboarding, manage the prospect pipeline, and establish ongoing communication/client service plans.
- Organize and coordinate seminars and client events.
- Partner with the Wealth Center marketing specialist to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with Baird’s Corporate Resource Groups to provide the best service and advice to clients.
- Stay current on firm and industry policies and procedures, and articulate requirements to clients as needed.
- Execute digital and social media strategies for Financial Advisors, including updates to websites and social media properties.
- Gather data and submit applications for individual and team advisor recognition (Forbes, Barron’s, etc.).
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and streamline workflows to optimize team productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; not required.
