Requirements
- 2-7 years of experience
- Demonstrated track record of expansively owning and driving key business outcomes on high-performing teams
- Pride in craft and maintaining a high quality bar
- Ability to identify problems and design product features to address them
- Track record of scaling processes and operations
- Clear and concise communicator; ability to explain complicated ideas in simple terms
Responsibilities
- Interact closely with current customers to develop intuition around their biggest pain points
- Own significant business outcomes and drive key metrics for the company
- Dig into data to identify the root cause of customer issues and provide data-informed recommendations
- Develop operational and/or product-oriented solutions
- Maximize the value that Candid delivers for customers
- Work closely with other Candid teams to solve customers’ most valuable and painful problems
- Play a critical role in shaping company culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare technology and/or healthcare financial services
