Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-8 years of prior work experience as a compliance officer, including at least 2 years of work experience in a marketing-related risk management role
- Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to a variety of industries and businesses
- Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments
- Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Review, make recommendations and approve customer facing information and marketing materials in accordance with applicable rules, policies, procedures and controls established to mitigate compliance risks
- Coordinate reviews with cross-divisional Compliance and Legal teams, and internal subject matter experts
- Regularly review and update policy and procedure documentation
- Draft, update and deliver training & communications related to the marketing content review process
- Advise, challenge and influence the CF&O divisions regarding the application of regulations and firm policies, including personal Compliance matters
- Assess and communicate reputational risk considerations across a range of topics impacting the CF&O divisions
- Identify, investigate and manage compliance issues involving the CF&O divisions
- Analyze marketing and social media-related regulatory changes and enforcement actions, to assess the impact to the CF&O divisions, and participate in work to ensure the business is able to support new requirements
- Review surveillance alerts and conduct forensic reviews to monitor the CF&O divisions’ compliance with regulations and firm policies
- Coordinate with the broader CF&O Compliance team and cross-divisional Compliance teams on initiatives and projects
- Provide day-to-day Compliance oversight, including personal Compliance matters
- Have deep understanding of compliance and regulatory rules, policies and business
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on appropriate interpretation and application of policies/procedures
- Escalate situations to relevant stakeholders in timely fashion
- Develop and maintain relationships to enable frequent interaction with other areas of the firm and professionals across the globe
