Requirements
- 10+ years in IT leadership roles; healthcare experience required
- Strong knowledge of EMR (Kipu), RCM (CollaborateMD), CRM (MS CRM), HCM (UKG)
- Experience with Azure Cloud, Power BI, network/security infrastructure
- Skilled in vendor management, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration
- Passionate team player who thrives in a growth-stage environment
- Comfortable rolling up sleeves and leading by doing
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute a scalable, cloud-first technology strategy
- Oversee EMR, RCM, CRM, HCM, telecom, network, and SaaS platforms
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PCI, and healthcare data standards
- Manage vendors (onshore/offshore) and tech contracts
- Build and mentor a collaborative, high-performing tech team
- Provide hands-on support and resolve infrastructure issues as needed
- Align IT initiatives with operational goals, clinical outcomes, and cost efficiency
- Report on KPIs, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement
