As a Solutions Manager, you’ll oversee a dynamic team responsible for delivering seamless integrations with top-tier brands. This role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, enabling you to drive efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction across all projects.
What you’ll do:
- Lead from the front: Lead technical integrations as a player/coach, ensuring your team follows your lead in turning complex challenges into elegant, actionable solutions that align with client goals.
- Strategic Oversight: Manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, balancing tight timelines, competing priorities, and customer expectations with finesse.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to existing systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency without compromising quality.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, fostering trust through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset.
- Team Development: Mentor and empower your team, providing guidance on technical and interpersonal skills to drive their professional growth.
- Technical Expertise: Collaborate with developers and technical teams, leveraging your expertise in APIs, webhooks, SQL, HTML/CSS, Javascript, and other relevant technologies to troubleshoot and guide solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of work, ensuring that all projects meet or exceed both internal and client expectations.
About you:

Experience:
- 2+ years of experience managing technical teams focused on API integrations for SaaS or eCommerce platforms.
- 4+ years of direct experience in a Solutions role using APIs, SDKs, webhooks, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML, JSON
- Proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality projects
Skills:
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Strong technical writing and documentation capabilities.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and payment gateway technologies is a plus.

The total compensation range for this role is between $140,000 and $175,000 depending on experience.
