Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and Twelve Years’ Experience

- Proven expertise in web design systems, web development, and UI/UX best practices (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
- Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform Tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console)
- Deep understanding of Gen AI technology and its application within large-scale marketing organizations
- Experience managing outsourced resources and collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of US pharmaceutical marketing regulations, including FDA guidelines
- Direct experience managing web platform campaigns through US biotech/pharma regulatory review is highly desirable
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and effectively prioritize tasks
- Experience ensuring website accessibility and compliance with relevant standards
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Gilead’s commercial design system (AFFINITY) to enhance customer experience and drive engagement.
- Provide expert consultation and guidance to brand and agency teams on best practices while using AFFINITY and lead governance team for new components required.
- Collaborate with the Digital Strategy team & Cross Functional capability leads to integrate new web technologies into the overall marketing strategy, leveraging digital expertise.
- Partner with both Ops teams and IT for the successful implementation of web and media tags to capture analytical insights using Google Marketing Platform.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Digital Analytics, Marketing Automation, IT, Brand) to ensure seamless execution of web, digital solutions and Gen AI projects.
- Work closely with the Digital Solutions Product Manager to drive new digital solutions from design to implementation and ongoing operations (e.g., Telehealth).
- Lead the development of AI-driven marketing operations at Gilead, serving as the Gen AI subject matter expert and utilizing in-house tools across the customer journey.
- Direct offshore and production teams in web, Gen AI, and creative operations, leveraging your experience as an Operations leader.
- Manage a team of 3-5 contractors.
