Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record of driving growth within an organization, with experience working with complex, strategic or enterprise accounts with numerous stakeholders and multiple workstreams.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership over projects and initiatives, managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with different stakeholders and team members in a wide range of roles.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in how and why our partners work with us, identifying and evaluating mutually-beneficial opportunities.
  • Work with partners to create and launch implementation and activation plans for joint solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Build, refine, and maintain reporting methodologies and documentation approaches.
  • Perform ongoing and ad-hoc data analysis to inform decision-making and prioritization efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working for an early-stage company in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with B2B2B products and organizations.
  • Familiarity with the alternative investment industry and understanding of key players, trends, and processes related to back-office operations and technology.
