Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a help desk person or customer support team. Without a Degree, 4 years of direct experience
  • Experience with ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through support to customer issues and needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end user support for a custom application that is used by 3000+ users.
  • Support users with application configuration, configuration resets, data export, application use and other end user questions.
  • Work with people to understand an application that requires a level of expertise to operate.
  • Provide clear explanations and demonstrate patience with user issues.
  • Respond quickly to user inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Mobile application support
  • Experience providing the “customers” voice to the testing process
