25m Supply Chain Associate

3-5 years in relevant roles (venture studio, startup operations, venture capital, management consulting, or product management)
Adept at market analysis, financial modeling, and data synthesis for early-stage ventures
Familiarity with early-stage venture dynamics (SAFE notes, incorporation mechanics, investor materials, basic go-to-market)
Demonstrated ability to produce clear written and verbal communications for internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, business, finance, or related discipline is preferred

Collaborate with studio leaders and Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIRs) to identify industry pain points and shape AI-enabled or SaaS solutions targeting manufacturing, logistics, and other industrial segments
Generate and refine new investment theses that guide our incubations based on deep sector insights
Serve as a bridge between corporate stakeholders, entrepreneurs-in-residence, and the broader team to ensure alignment of incubation solutions and market needs
Own multiple incubation workstreams, driving day-to-day execution, including setting milestones, managing budgets, and coordinating resources
Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research on market trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies across supply chain and industrials
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-potential founders, startups, and technology partners that align with the studio’s investment focus
Produce high-quality presentations, memos, and research documents for investment committees, co-investors, and strategic partners

Exposure to AI, machine learning, or data-driven software solutions is preferred, particularly for industrial applications
