Interviewing prospective clients by phone and email to learn more about the Firm and familiarize them with their cases.
Conducting primary research to investigate whether prospective clients’ claims have merit.
Evaluating prospective clients’ claims to determine whether they’re in line with the areas of practice and experience of the Firm.
Signing up new clients, gaining a client’s business.
Scheduling initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential candidates.
Enter client’s information for incoming and outgoing calls.
