Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience as a HR Business Partner
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives
  • Strong business acumen, in-depth knowledge of business and client groups. Minimum 5-8 years of experience supporting and advising sales organizations, revenue operations, commercial operations, ad operations, and/or supply chain teams
  • Experience in multi-state HR application
  • In depth knowledge of employment law and human resource functional areas
  • Ability to communicate effectively

Responsibilities

  • Partners with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop comprehensive people team strategies to achieve key business goals
  • Partners with the HRLT on development and implementation of talent management initiatives, including talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management system
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to identify critical talent needs and develop targeted recruitment plans
  • Provides coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on performance management practices, including goal setting, feedback delivery, and performance improvement plans
  • Identifies training and development needs for employees at all levels and facilitate appropriate learning opportunities
  • Addresses employee concerns and resolves complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies
  • Embeds a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion across all employee groups
  • Stays informed of developments in areas such as employment practices, local and federal employment law, and best class employee practices
  • Uses data to help the business advance world class recruitment, engagement, and retention. Utilizes data to identify trends and diagnose organizational effectiveness issues including talent attraction, retention, and engagement. Influences leaders to implement changes needed to improve functional performance
  • Implements the employee life cycle across business teams from goal setting, feedback sessions, appraisals and pay actions & promotions when applicable
  • Encourages and coaches business leaders in communication and other skills to help them become the best possible leaders they can be
  • Partners with broader HR and Talent team to deliver services and solutions in line with function or business unity strategy (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Operations)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated competency in implementing change and coaching business teammates
  • Analytical and experienced in use of HRIS and self-service systems
  • Direct P&L Management experience
  • Understanding of digital advertising operations and campaign deployment operations and tools a plus
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical advertising laws and regulations
  • Bachelors degree ideally in business administration or HR
