Requirements
- Able to work at least 2 shifts per week, weekends preferred.
- Able to read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience
- Thrive working in a fast paced, and large team environment
- Able to work outside during times of high temperatures
- Experience working 1-2 years of Food & Beverage
- A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
- High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
- Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional knowledge of all available menu options, beverage lists and daily specials as well as information regarding preparation methods
- Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
- Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through menus and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in fine dining is preferred.
