Requirements

- Strong sourcing skills and creative approach to finding top talent
- Experience recruiting for roles like software engineers, product managers, and data scientists
- Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight
- Great communication, judgment, and candidate closing skills
- Deep interest in AI, technology, and building early-stage teams
- Organized, fast-moving, and excited about making hiring a strategic advantage
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles — from sourcing to close
- Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality candidates
- Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards
- Craft great candidate experiences — from first touch to offer
- Iterate quickly on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels
- Build scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support hiring at scale
- Help build our employer brand across LinkedIn, events, and referrals
