Responsibilities
- Qualify Leads: Deeply understand customer problems, qualify those within our ICP, and using your industry and product knowledge.
- Manage Inbound: Prospect new customers from signups and reach out across multiple channels. Implement and experiment on methods to source, activate, and close deals, ensuring customer delight.
- Account Expansion: Identify current customers that are expansionary opportunities and upsell.
- Sell our core platform into Mid-Market businesses.
- Work with the CEO to transition from founder-led-sales and build a dedicated salesforce (BDRs, AEs, Sales Ops).
- Sales operations: lead data enrichment, sequence automation, inbound data collection, pipeline management.
