Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health related fields, life sciences, computer science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion focused on telehealth products or virtual care solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-based solutions that address real-world consumer or clinical problems.
  • Exceptional analytical and qualitative skills to understand and define customer needs and segments.
  • Comfort with financial modeling for new business lines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to manage roadmaps, track cross-functional dependencies, and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

  • The Product Management Director will be a high-impact individual contributor responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Everly Health’s telehealth vertical.
  • Define the role of AI within the virtual care platform, including potential applications for diagnostics, patient engagement, clinical decision support, and operational efficiency.
  • Make complex prioritization decisions based on user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and market opportunities, clearly communicating rationale to stakeholders.
  • Influence and align cross-functional teams (engineering, design, clinical, operations, sales, marketing) to execute the product roadmap, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clinical workflows, telehealth best practices, and relevant industry standards to inform product design and development.
  • Define and track key metrics to measure the success of telehealth products, including patient outcomes, engagement, satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead the Everlywell Everlycare vertical as an individual contributor and work closely with best in class designers, clinical teams, engineering, marketing professionals, sales, client operations managers and executive.
  • You will own and scale a Virtual Care Delivery Platform which needs to be AI enabled.
  • Create and own product and implementation roadmaps from market research & insights, concept design to engineering development and finally implementation with key clients.
  • Conduct customer research in order to continually represent the ‘voice of the customer’ for members, payers or employers.
  • Ideate and create engaging product features, efficient process workflows, and reliable analytics dashboards to successfully build and monitor programs.
  • Measure product health and departmental performance using OKRs and KPIs.
  • Develop revenue generating business models, market access strategies, go-to-market and pricing strategies (B2B,B2B2C,partnerships) and define synergies for customers and business partners.
  • Collaborate with business development teams, sales and finance teams to develop pricing strategies and financial models.
  • Prepare client demos for sales pitches and trainings for client account managers to take the product to market.
  • Work closely with Legal and Business Development teams to review SOWs to extract and negotiate product requirements and key timelines.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Clinical, Operations and Customer Success to align product development for a modular and scalable platform, clinical workflows and implementation strategies to better manage the patient journey.
  • Work closely with the VP of Enterprise Operations to ensure the seamless execution of product launches.
  • Serve as critical senior thought partner to executives like Enterprise GM and VP of Product on how to both drive profitable growth from existing products, as well as launch new products that can deliver market differentiation, revenue growth and profitability.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with external vendors, technology providers and industry experts to expand our product portfolio and strengthen our product offerings for care delivery.
  • Represent Enterprise Health Services in executive leadership meetings such as WBRs, MBRs, Company All hands and CEO reviews.
  • Mentor and educate fellow Product Managers through your subject matter expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience successfully launching and scaling healthcare products tailored for Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial health plans that close care gaps and drive compliance with CMS performance benchmarks.
  • Many years of experience building end to end HIPAA Compliant Patient Portals & Apps.
  • Familiarity and experience with AI enabled care solutions.
  • Subject matter expert on gap closure and clinical products.
  • Experience working with Elevance, Humana, Centene, United Healthcare etc as a vendor partner.
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows within Athena and experience working with clinical teams on clinician focused projects.
  • Track record of excellent relationships with Sales teams, often accompanying them to close major payer and commercial accounts.
  • Familiarity and experience building solutions for Telemedicine with Appointment Scheduling, Medication Management, Virtual Health Assistant with EMR integration (Athena preferred).
  • Talented presentation maker and compelling story teller with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing teams of product managers preferred but not required. (This is non managing role for the time being.)
