Responsibilities
- Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed plan
- Manage customer queries and achieve positive outcomes
- Build partnership with the Account Executive and Area Trainer
- Proactively anticipate staffing needs
- Determine individual and team sales targets
- Analyze business performance and plan strategy
- Promote the Tilbury Touch to the team and customers
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of open communication
- Ensure that the counter is ‘customer ready’
- Maintain required inventory levels and accurate stock files
- Implement visual merchandising and new launch displays
- Raise operational issues for resolution
- Establish and develop relationships with the store retail operations team
- Schedule team to optimize coverage
- Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards
- Maintain store standards and policies
