Requirements
- 2-3 years of engineering experience
- Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Python or other modern coding languages
- Experience with AI/ML models and prompt engineering
- Data engineering skills to connect models to production enterprise systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Cursor or other AI-powered coding tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for enabling teams through AI and automation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions using advanced language models to support various business needs
- Identify and evaluate AI/ML models for more custom solutions
- Assist teams in onboarding and integrating AI-powered development tools into their workflows
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for AI-assisted software development
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to identify opportunities where AI can drive efficiency and automation
- Build and maintain internal documentation, tutorials, and training materials to support AI tool adoption
- Stay up to date on the latest AI trends and advancements, evaluating new tools and their potential impact
- Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for AI-driven development practices across the organization
- Implement tooling to monitor adoption rates and effectiveness of AI tooling across the company
