Requirements

  • Relevant certifications or experience in electrical systems are preferred.
  • Proven experience in coordinating electrical programs or a similar role within facilities management or electrical systems.
  • Technical knowledge of electrical systems, including electrical infrastructure, equipment, and controls.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex electrical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support electrical programs on the account, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their electrical program needs, goals, and objectives.
  • Assist in developing and implementing electrical maintenance and safety programs, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for electrical maintenance, repairs, and project execution.
  • Track and maintain electrical documentation, including electrical drawings, manuals, and maintenance schedules.
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of preventive maintenance activities to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Support the implementation of safety protocols and inspections for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and coordinating with internal and external resources to resolve them.
  • Foster positive working relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical systems and maintenance.
  • Verify accuracy and integrity of electrical-related data and documentation, ensuring appropriate controls and reporting mechanisms are in place.
  • Provide support to the electrical team and stakeholders, serving as a resource and assisting in project coordination as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of real estate or property management industry is a plus.
