Requirements
- Relevant certifications or experience in electrical systems are preferred.
- Proven experience in coordinating electrical programs or a similar role within facilities management or electrical systems.
- Technical knowledge of electrical systems, including electrical infrastructure, equipment, and controls.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex electrical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support electrical programs on the account, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their electrical program needs, goals, and objectives.
- Assist in developing and implementing electrical maintenance and safety programs, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for electrical maintenance, repairs, and project execution.
- Track and maintain electrical documentation, including electrical drawings, manuals, and maintenance schedules.
- Assist in the scheduling and coordination of preventive maintenance activities to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Support the implementation of safety protocols and inspections for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and coordinating with internal and external resources to resolve them.
- Foster positive working relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical systems and maintenance.
- Verify accuracy and integrity of electrical-related data and documentation, ensuring appropriate controls and reporting mechanisms are in place.
- Provide support to the electrical team and stakeholders, serving as a resource and assisting in project coordination as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of real estate or property management industry is a plus.
