Requirements
- Undergraduate student pursuing a major in an Engineering or Computer Science discipline preferred
- 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale
- Experience working with computer hardware and software is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in Technical support and troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues.
- Assist with Data backup and recovery procedures.
- Assist in building PC’s; install and configure software and operating systems.
- Assist Validation Operations Engineer with tasks (application administration, tracking IT assets, documentation of workflows, cybersecurity measures etc.)
- Update Validation engineering website (HTML programming and SharePoint)
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring WSUS server.
- Write occasional batch scripts as needed to automate tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, SharePoint or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
- Experience in IT help desk is a plus.
