Requirements

  • Technology team leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading and delivering multiple digitalization projects bridging the gap between OT Automation, IT, and large-scale manufacturing operations.
  • Understanding of Industry 4.0, Industrial IoT, and Smart Manufacturing, with conceptual direction on how to implement these on the ground.
  • Expertise in Ignition, Factory Talk, OSI PI or similar platforms.
  • Expertise in IT infrastructure at the edge and corporate sites.
  • Experience in flushing out undocumented business processes and then digitalizing those via commercially available software or developing in-house solutions.
  • Awareness of advanced technology like computer vision and its role in our tech stack.
  • Awareness of implementing remote management of operations at the edge.
  • Experience in integrating modern approaches like edge computing and cloud solutions into the IT and OT tech stack.
  • Ability to roll up sleeves and spend time in West Texas and other Atlas sites while being strategic in conceptualizing, planning, and delivering 3-5 years out.

Responsibilities

  • Perform map and gap analysis to develop a strategy and roadmap for factory digitization, including return on investment analysis.
  • Develop a analytics strategy across production, plant operations, and services functions.
  • Assist in manufacturing capacity planning models to support the S&OP process.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve process automation, increase productivity, and efficiencies.
  • Design system solutions to support lean manufacturing implementation.
  • Lead cross functional teams to deliver SLAs and SLOs toward infrastructure uptime via mission critical technology services at all Atlas sites in Texas, Wyoming, Colorado etc.
  • Understand technology trends that drive a digital culture, aligning digital initiatives with strategic business objectives.
