Requirements
- 7+ years of client-facing account management experience within SaaS platforms, preferably within the storage or multi-family industry.
- Prior experience with Insurance products/services.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Property & Casualty License, or the willingness to obtain it.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire lifecycle of partner success—from onboarding to ongoing performance management and retention.
- Build and maintain strong executive and operational relationships with key accounts.
- Serve as clients’ trusted advisors, providing insight into product usage, performance metrics, and best practices.
- Proactively monitor customer health, communicate risk and opportunity, and drive retention and growth strategies.
- Prepare and deliver impactful executive business reviews, aligning stakeholders on goals, performance, and future strategy.
- Create compelling presentations that translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Lead strategic conversations with senior client and internal stakeholders, coordinating across teams to ensure unified messaging and follow-up.
- Guide partners through product adoption by connecting business needs with platform capabilities.
- Keep partners informed on product roadmap and feature releases, driving continued value through new functionality.
- Identify potential risks early, develop and execute mitigation plans, and escalate appropriately to internal leadership.
- Maintain thorough documentation of customer health, account plans, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
- Leverage CRM and internal tools to manage tasks, ensure accountability, and drive efficiency across daily operations.
- Monitor and report on key business metrics such as Net Portfolio Growth, Client Retention, and Customer Satisfaction.
