Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, specifically in digital advertising and monetization
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling new ad products and formats
  • Deep expertise in AI and ML-driven ad optimization and experimentation
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to leverage data to make informed product decisions and clearly communicate outcomes
  • Strong ability to build cross-functional partnerships, align stakeholders, and influence without direct authority
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively present strategic plans and results to senior executives
  • Experience collaborating closely with an array of cross-functional partners including Legal, Business Operations, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Marketing Management teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, ideation, and execution for Ads Monetization products
  • Identify and develop new ad formats and monetization strategies leveraging machine learning and AI
  • Build, maintain, and clearly communicate the Ads product roadmap to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing Management teams to ensure alignment on market needs and revenue goals
  • Scope, launch, and iterate on monetization experiments, tracking performance rigorously and adjusting based on learnings
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering, data science, and design teams to execute product vision
  • Work closely with analytics teams to measure impact and guide product iterations
