Requirements
- 5+ years of brokerage experience working with Enterprise accounts in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for shippers, managing relationships with key decision makers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of each shipper’s business needs, challenges, and goals to tailor Uber Freight’s solutions accordingly.
- Identify opportunities to expand business with existing shippers, drive revenue growth, and improve customer sentiment and retention.
- Lead and develop contract pricing strategy, partnering with our Pricing teams to execute renewal opportunities, while owning Salesforce opportunity execution and pipeline hygiene.
- Develop strategy for real-time pricing channels and leverage internal data to drive decision-making.
- Manage high level customer communications and escalations, proactively reaching out to ensure that service and operations are being executed at a high level.
- Create content and lead regular business reviews with the customers in your portfolio.
