Requirements
- A degree in Business Finance, Procurement/Business Operations, or Marketing
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong understanding of marketing and agency operations
- Hands-on experience in delivering savings initiatives with demand management levers
- Strong capability to manage business interactions with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Highly effective written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Ability to operate autonomously with a high level of drive and energy
Responsibilities
- Develop competitive, innovative long-term procurement sub-category strategies based on market intelligence, assessing risks and opportunities
- Ensure strategies are collaboratively built and fully aligned with the business, delivering cost reduction and significant value
- Support the development of new market innovation opportunities, such as new suppliers and digital tools in the categories
- Translate marketing categories’ vision, strategy, and projects in the region, ensuring delivery aligned with targets
- Collaborate closely with global category leads, regional marketing leadership, and finance
- Provide local support and delivery of global category strategies
- Create and deliver local category strategies as needed
- Manage regional supplier relationships and negotiations
- Lead supplier business reviews for key local supplier partners
- Set local KPIs and monitor supplier performance
- Continuously drive improvements in service level, costs, delivery, and quality
- Ensure compliance with master service agreements
- Escalate and manage issues impacting global Marketing and Sales procurement
- Implement risk management assessment and mitigation strategies in collaboration with the business
