Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to read electrical diagrams and electronic schematics
- Demonstrated ability to program, troubleshoot, and decipher automation control devices
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- 0-3 yrs of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Support of production, facility, and utility assets and related automation/control systems
- Execute changes to controls, configurations, and hardware
- Contribute to the development of high-performance Maintenance teams
- Train manufacturing and maintenance mechanics/technicians on operation of the installed electronics, controls, and instrumentation
- Identify and act on Continuous Improvement opportunities
- Support obsolescence remediation efforts
- Monitor and analyse electronics equipment performance and identify/implement asset availability and efficiency improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a production environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of cGMPs and FDA policies/procedures
