Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies in a high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to translate product features into compelling, customer-focused messaging.
- Extensive experience partnering with Product, UX, SEM, SEO, and other teams on merchandising, positioning, and monetization.
- Passion for customer insights and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong ability to write clear briefs and meeting summaries.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Self-starter with a strong bias for action and exceptional follow-through.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Responsibilities
- Identify engagement barriers and motivators to understand critical customer journeys.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify product gaps, opportunities, and differentiators for business growth.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning and naming, to increase awareness and feature adoption.
- Lead product and consumer messaging, collaborating with Brand and Legal to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Identify, propose, and execute innovation initiatives driven by market trends and customer needs but do not require Product development.
- Develop and manage comprehensive go-to-market guides for each business line in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
