Requirements

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
  • Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.

  • Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer’s business unit ECN/CR case load.
  • Verify and create ECN/CR cases based on where used within customer web based system.
  • Exchange current information to production site Work cell.
  • Coordinate change management administration for all change requests needed on-site.
  • Organize and manage change review board meetings with customer stakeholders and internal stakeholders.
  • Document Engineering Changes in External and Internal PLM Systems.
  • Own change management process within engineering department.
  • Perform technical writing duties and reviews as requested per the Engineering Department needs.
  • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
  • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree Preferred
  • 5+ years of experience with Packaging of Medical Devices and Healthcare Industry Standards.
  • Or Combination of experience and education.
