Requirements

  • You’ve managed complex security and/ or technical positions where being creative and caring about candidate experience matters
  • You’ve been an advocate for diversity and inclusion and understand how its a competitive business advantage
  • Most of your positions filled have been with little to no agency spend
  • You’ve used data and metrics to drive improvement around time to hire, diversity and offer acceptance rate
  • You’ve displayed a strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize
  • You’ve quickly hired in order to scale various teams, functions or regions

Responsibilities

  • You’ll understand our business and have established collaborative relationships across our organization
  • You’ll work with your hiring teams to keep a pipeline of passive candidates engaged with At-Bay
  • You’ll have shared best practices from your previous roles with the team
  • You’ve established yourself as a trusted advisor to your team and they look to you for guidance when it comes to hiring
  • You’ve established a strong working knowledge of using Greenhouse data to share updates with the business and drive change
  • You’ll help coach individuals and managers to best align the skills and aspirations of our talent with our business needs
