Requirements

  • 10+ years in digital product management with a substantial focus on business capabilities development, preferably in the asset management, FinTech, financial services, private equity, and/or management consulting sectors.
  • Experience leading large-scale initiatives and driving change.
  • Strong level of business acumen, knowledgeable about the business environment, and can translate key business objectives and customer needs into an effective architecture strategy and plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and tackle challenging assignments pragmatically.
  • Innovative mindset and lead and develop teams by setting the tone, driving business results, investing in their development, and overseeing their performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the client partner platform (Capital Ideas Pro).
  • Ensure governance, strategy development, and effective execution of digital product strategies and roadmaps in support of global Client Group strategic plans and operational needs.
  • Mature the organization’s digital product management mindset while delivering against strategic operating plans and ensuring key stakeholder engagement.
  • Support the advancement of Capital Group’s digital product management practices and foster a strong team culture and vision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hold a bachelor’s and/or MBA (preferred) in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Comfortable operating in a hybrid work environment, working both virtually and in-office.
