Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of casino operations experience

Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned table games to ensure adherence to casino policies and procedures
- Identify and address any irregularities or disputes during gameplay
- Interact with players to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Provide guidance and assistance to dealers as needed
- Monitor dealer performance and ensure proper game execution
- Stay updated on the MTL (Multiple Transaction Log) and ensure all gaming activities comply with regulations
- Complete required documentation and report irregularities to management
- Lead by example, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor on the floor
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize table assignments and floor operations
