Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills

- Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude
- Willingness to own and act as the subject matter expert in survey respondent quality and adverse event processes reporting once fully trained and experienced gained
- 3-5 years of experience working in a team-based, professional environment
Responsibilities
- Perform daily quality checks on survey respondents across a variety of studies
- Coordinate deeper data investigations with relevant team members as needed and communicate results/requirements to Operations
- Perform daily adverse event reporting duties, following each individual client’s reporting process
- Manage all adverse event reporting documentation, training schedules, and reconciliation cycles
- Assist Brand Health leadership in responding to any client initiated Adverse Event Process Audits
- Assist with data tabling and data quality checks for client deliverables
