Requirements
- 15+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s or advanced degree, in establishing and maintaining governance frameworks to ensure compliance and accountability.
- Deep understanding of methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma for effective project execution.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide strategic oversight for complex projects.
- Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ability to manage budgets, forecast costs, and ensure financial discipline in project execution.
- Skills to lead organizational change and ensure smooth transitions during project implementation.
- Proficiency in using analytics and metrics to guide project decisions and measure success.
- Capability to align project goals with organizational objectives and drive long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain project governance frameworks, standards, and policies to ensure consistent project management practices across the organization.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Project Management Office (PMO) and project teams to drive project success and alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks by implementing effective risk management strategies and processes.
- Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and deliverables through regular reviews, audits, and assessments.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, project managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals, objectives, and priorities.
- Monitor project performance metrics
