Director – Project Governance

15+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s or advanced degree, in establishing and maintaining governance frameworks to ensure compliance and accountability.
Deep understanding of methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma for effective project execution.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide strategic oversight for complex projects.
Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ability to manage budgets, forecast costs, and ensure financial discipline in project execution.
Skills to lead organizational change and ensure smooth transitions during project implementation.
Proficiency in using analytics and metrics to guide project decisions and measure success.
Capability to align project goals with organizational objectives and drive long-term success.

Develop, implement, and maintain project governance frameworks, standards, and policies to ensure consistent project management practices across the organization.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Project Management Office (PMO) and project teams to drive project success and alignment with organizational goals.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks by implementing effective risk management strategies and processes.
Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and deliverables through regular reviews, audits, and assessments.
Collaborate with senior leadership, project managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals, objectives, and priorities.
Monitor project performance metrics
