Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, software development, data science or a related discipline is required along with industry and business acumen.
- Two years’ of experience in roles related to AI, innovation, or product/program design, with a preference for candidates who have worked with digital products, databases, and interactive dashboards or engagement solutions.
- Proven ability to analyze complex technical challenges and translate findings into actionable strategies, plans, and deliverables.
- Strong research, writing, and presentation skills.
- Experience in community management and engaging with stakeholders across industries, cultures, and seniority levels.
- Experience in project management, including developing timelines, tracking milestones, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Experience thriving in multicultural, highly collaborative work environments that operate globally and in hybrid formats.
- Results driven, proactive, self-starter, and team player.
- Excellent organizational skills: able to juggle multiple tasks, and assignments simultaneously and can deliver in ambiguous self-starter environments and derive energy from high-pressure work settings.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to overseeing community management, fostering meaningful engagement and promoting diversity of perspectives in discussions and initiatives.
- Hands on involvement creating innovative products and solutions that rethink community engagement, working with internal teams and vendors to test new approaches and products.
- Connect regularly with community members to ensure the initiative drives relevant impact to all stakeholders engaged as well as the broader audience.
- Contribute to cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships with key organizations, governments, AI startups, and industry leaders.
- Help the Initiatives Lead manage and animate multistakeholder communities by communicating updates regularly, co-lead working group meetings, and onboarding the right stakeholders.
- Support the development and design of AI innovation programs and digital knowledge platforms, from research and community building to developing initiatives associated with technology- and industry-driven transformation.
- Contribute to advocacy of AI usage, developing compelling narratives and training materials, and supporting internal initiatives that encourage adoption across technical and non-technical projects.
- Analyze technical challenges and synthesize findings into actionable strategies and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Forum’s start-up community to build impactful innovation programs.
- Contribute to producing reports and other outputs that highlight key developments of advanced AI systems, such as AI agents.
- Demonstrate an ability to make complex findings and insights collected by AIGA’s work widely accessible leveraging both quantitative and qualitative reports.
- Collaborate across working groups and teams to align objectives and enhance synergies between initiatives.
- Support Technology and Innovation workstreams from governance and engagement to project documentation and execution, including project plans and status reports.
- Coordinate meetings, managing logistical, content-related, and communication aspects.
- Prepare and organize key materials, including pre-reads, meeting summaries, and technical recommendations.
- Develop and maintain initiative plans and timelines, tracking progress and ensuring key milestones are met.
Preferred Qualifications
- A master’s degree in artificial intelligence or a similar field is preferred.
- Proficiency in salesforce environments is preferred.
