Sanitation Supervisor

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in food plant sanitation management required
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of sanitation workers

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach and coordinate sanitation employees across three shifts
• Monitor and evaluate sanitation practices, processes, and methods to ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices
• Oversee the sanitation of value-added departments to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Perform general warehouse cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and removing debris
• Ensure property cleanliness by addressing sanitation issues and maintaining outdoor areas
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Master Sanitation Schedules (MSS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of general building sanitation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage tasks under time constraints
