Requirements
- Excellent project management and organisational skills

- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience training users on usage of technologies and generating documentation for process flows
- Prior experience with sales operations or enablement roles
- Ability to work cross-functionally between teams (IT, marketing, sales, marketing operations)
- Strong knowledge of Sales Engagement platforms (Salesloft preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Sales Prospecting platforms (6Sense, Linkedin Sales Navigator preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
- Good working knowledge of lead management, inbound and outbound processes
- Drive to learn and establish self as subject matter expert on multiple marketing technologies
- Languages: Business level English mandatory, other relevant languages would be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Support in administering and maintaining the Salesloft platform including user set up, license management, permission management and troubleshooting across sales teams
- Support in optimising workflows and automations between Salesloft and SFDC to improve efficiency and follow-up activities
- Create and manage email and call cadences for use by sales teams to align with sales strategies
- Support 6Sense sales user onboarding, license management including credit allocation and provisioning
- Monitor platform usage by sales teams across Salesloft and 6Sense to ensure compliance with best practices
- Generate and analyse performance to provide actionable insights on tool adoption and usage patterns across sales teams
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and address gaps in tool usage or performance
- Work closely with sales coaches for enablement and adoption of 6Sense account insights for prospecting and pipeline development
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance sales teams’ ability to identify, engage and convert prospects
- Maintain up to date resource centres as self-service knowledge base for our users to aid in enablement and adoption including user guides, FAQs and best practices
- Monitor daily operations to ensure systems are working as designed
- Troubleshoot user and data issues related to the tech stack
Preferred Qualifications
