Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Tech (preference for high growth tech companies)
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the Founders, providing strategic insights and operational oversight to enhance decision-making.
- Jumping into challenging, ambiguous problems across the business – including product, sales, marketing, customer success, recruiting – and driving clarity and impact.
- Monitoring trends in AI agents, so we know what it takes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Driving key company initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and efficient resource allocation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience either in a machine learning or AI-focused company or analyzing data and building machine learning models
- Experience in b2b businesses
- Prior experience as a hiring manager or recruiter
