Requirements
- Must at least be a Sales Individual Contributor Level 4
- Time at Pax8 – Min 12 months
- Required Pax8 Elev8 LMS course work completed
- 2+ years of channel sales experience (VAR, Distributor, MSP, Vendor experience preferred)
Responsibilities
- Takes ownership and manages sales cycle, identifying prospects and closing new business with the primary goal of driving revenue and increasing Pax8 market share
- Utilizes the Pax8 sales methodology and manages a six-month funnel
- Builds relationships with partner sales teams to strategize new sales opportunities
- Establishing a recurring meeting cadence with different individuals at your partner’s organization
- Identifies and understands the partner’s business objectives and serves as a cloud technology expert providing business solutions to resolve the partner’s pain points
- Participating in team meetings and involvement with developing the territory, and collaborating with other departments at Pax8
- Coordination with SMEs and driving revenue (Facilitating 1:1s) with POD Team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience & Understanding with Force Management Methodology Preferred
- Open to working in-person with select partners on a quarterly basis and developing in-person sales skills
- Ability to acquire and/or demonstrate a solid understanding of business technology products and services for categories such as Productivity, Infrastructure, Continuity, Operations, Network & Connectivity, and Security, and can speak to the Platform Services and Partner Services we offer.
