Requirements
- 8+ years of field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing experience in B2B SaaS or tech.
- 3+ years of leadership experience, managing teams and driving high-impact marketing strategies.
- Strong track record of collaborating with sales leaders to develop and execute effective marketing programs.
- Expertise in content strategy, live event production, and multi-channel marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and stakeholders in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the North America field marketing strategy, aligning with commercial goals and objectives.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify key regional opportunities and build marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns (events, digital, content, ABM, and more) to ensure strong brand presence and lead generation.
- Monitor and optimize marketing performance metrics to continuously improve conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.
- Act as the marketing partner to sales leadership, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales and marketing at every stage of the funnel.
- Partner with product marketing and enablement.
- Partner with sales enablement and across marketing to ensure sales teams are equipped with tailored marketing assets, content, and insights to support engagement and conversion.
- Lead regional account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to drive high-value opportunities.
- Partner with the global marketing team to create high-quality live and video content that fuels campaigns, showcases industry trends, and highlights the value of CisionOne.
- Drive thought leadership by ensuring content is used effectively across campaigns, product launches, and sales enablement efforts.
- Manage and mentor a small team of field marketers, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Own the regional marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize impact and ROI.
- Establish best practices and scalable frameworks for regional marketing execution.
