Requirements
- 4+ years experience with managing multiple technical projects through inception to delivery
- Must be an excellent communicator with ability to translate complex technical issues or ideas to a wide non-technical audience
- Able to foster and build a collaborative working relationship with various stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
- Agile practices are second nature and you run productive standups, planning sessions and retros
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Asana
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, action-driven, and has strong ownership
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end technical program execution and ensure on-time delivery by translating project plans and designs into actionable development milestones and dependencies
- Regular reporting on program status, identifying dependencies and developing risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather requirements, and work with engineering teams to define, evaluate, and prioritize program dependencies, scope, and implementation plans
- Represent Peloton Engineering in conversations with cross functional stakeholders
- Coordinate the software release process in conjunction with development team, ensuring software quality, change management, and compliance procedures are followed
- Proactively manage issues as they arise: pulling the team together to come up with creative solutions to issues and challenges while preserving quality, cost, and schedule targets.
