Requirements

  • 7+ years of executive recruiting experience, ideally a blend of retained search agency and corporate recruiting.
  • 2+ years of experience at a retained search agency with a proven ability to attract and place senior executives.
  • Experience working within startups or hypergrowth organizations, ideally within the Consumer Products Industry.
  • A strong track record of driving results, building pipelines, and developing relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage and manage senior-level executives.
  • A keen eye for top talent and high emotional and social intelligence (EQ/SQ).
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to create executive search presentations and leverage internal and external hiring data.
  • Strong sense of urgency, professionalism, and confidentiality, with the self-initiative to deliver exceptional results in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead executive-level hiring from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring SharkNinja attracts top-tier senior leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and Compensation teams to align hiring strategies with business needs.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, from leveraging networks to direct outreach, to build a pipeline of exceptional executive talent.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate evaluations, including competency-based interviews and thorough reference checks, to assess the best fit.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers, providing market insights, best practices, and strategic recruitment advice.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform recruiting strategies.
  • Enhance SharkNinja’s employer brand by communicating our mission, vision, and values to candidates and the broader market.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and proactive process management.
  • Optimize executive search operations, including managing referrals, coordinating with external agencies, leveraging recruitment tools, and producing performance metrics and reports.
