Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain-related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in warehouse operations
- Familiarity with ERP systems, especially NetSuite
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strategic and problem-solving mindset
Responsibilities
- Create tailored warehouse data collection solutions using RF-SMART for the NetSuite ERP application
- Guide customers on best practices in warehouse setup, receiving, and shipping
- Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to customers
- Manage time effectively to meet billable targets
- Tackle customer issues and find innovative solutions
- Communicate customer feedback and suggest enhancements to the development team
- Keep all customer interactions, project tasks, and communications organized
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ERP systems, especially NetSuite
