Requirements
- Strong understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the ServiceNow tech stack, particularly with Service Portals.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including designing, creating, and configuring scoped applications.
- 5+ years of additional business or IT experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a professional services organization or as a consultant.
- 5+ years of experience in Scripting/Coding, with a strong preference for JavaScript.
- Functional knowledge and implementation experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, including direct interaction with customers and clients.
- Ability to design and build applications that effectively meet business goals and objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of Scoped Applications development in ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc.).
- A career professional within the field, considered highly skilled and proficient in your discipline.
- Ability to conduct complex and important work under minimal supervision, with considerable latitude for independent judgment.
