Responsibilities
- Direct sourcing candidates for roles and uploading them into the ATS
- Assisting the Director of Talent with screening and scheduling
- Posting and editing roles, alongside various other ATS admin tasks
- Assisting other departments at Steadily with tasks during downtime in Recruiting
